Following audit and review meetings with representatives of ‘Investors in People’, the Directors decided to pursue full accreditation for the Kendrick Group.

The first step was the appointment of an internal “champion”, to act as liaison with IIP in the monitoring of Personnel procedures and the implementation of such changes as are considered appropriate for a forward thinking organisation which values its staff and wishes to demonstrate commitment to personnel development.

The company was delighted to achieve the Investor in People Standard in December 2004 and look forward to the continued improvements that this brings.

With ‘Investors in People’ there is no final step; it is all about continual improvement and development, and as a company we are committed to this aim.
