In the last 20 years, following a series of successful repairs and maintenance contracts for local councils, a separate trading division, aimed at the day to day repairs and measured term maintenance sectors, has been created – Building Solutions. In turn, this division has given the impetus to the creation of a further trading arm aimed at smaller projects (generally under £500k contract values) for niche clients – Special Projects.
Today the present directors among them the great grandsons of the founder, head an expanding Kendrick Group, and have determined that the Building Solutions and the Special Projects Divisions will be as dynamic and successful as the other divisions within the company. The Kendrick Group Building Solutions Division is based in Meadow Street, Walsall, adjoining the company headquarters in Tasker Street. Since its inception, The division has gone from strength to strength and is now responsible for 25% of the Group’s turnover. |
