Projects are procured using the full range of normal JCT contract, Standard (with or without quantities) Intermediate using quantities or schedules of works, Design and Build, ACA, PPC2000 and General Works Contract have been carried out in the value range of up to and over £10m but the normal competitive project value range is from £1m to £6m with typical contracts in the £2m and £4m band. All sectors are served (see below) including a full range of public and private clients. |

The majority of work has historically been carried out in the greater West Midlands region but for clients and/or consultants with whom we have a long established working relationship contract much further a field are considered. |
This has resulted in us carrying out work as far north as Manchester and Yorkshire, as far west as Shrewsbury and Ludlow, south to outer London and east to Rutland. Obviously, we take advantage of the adjacent motorway and trunk road network which brings many sites within one hour travel of our Head Office. | ||
