Kendrick Developments Limited is a relative newcomer in the context of the Group’s 125 year history.

The company was created to take advantage of opportunities which were generated either as a biproduct of Kendrick Homes’ site acquisitions or via direct contacts from landowners or agents aware of Group resources, commercial expertise and the high reputation of the construction company.

Completed projects are either retained short or long term as part of the Group property portfolio or sold on to end users, other speculative developers or commercial investors.

Projects have included supermarkets, government offices, health centres, retail and mixed use schemes
