Kendrick Homes and Kendrick Developments carry out speculative acquisition and site development in the housing and commercial sectors respectively. Kendrick Construction, in addition to providing construction services to other Group companies, is a building contractor carrying out all types of construction projects on traditional, design/build and partnering bases. Kendrick Construction also contains the Building Solutions division which carries out jobbing, measured term, day to day maintenance and small works contracts for a wide range of clients. It also offers a 24 hour/day emergency call out service. The Group also has in house plant and scaffolding departments each with its own manager, providing hire and services to all Group companies. Kendrick Construction carries out projects in the range up to
circa £10m. It mainly operates in the Midlands but has
carried out projects ranging from Yorkshire to London when asked
by established clients. |
