Contracts are procured by a variety of methods. Typically, projects range between £50k and £300k, usually involving short term on site periods. Many projects are repeat business for long term partner clients and consultants, often in niche market sectors. Procurement routes range from plan and specification, schedules of works and bills of quantities to small scale design and build using mostly JCT forms. The geographical range is generally the greater West Midlands area, involving up to 1 hour travel from head office. For certain clients, where we have favoured contractor status, larger projects up to £1.25m have been undertaken and the limits on geographical range have been waived.
